Estuary walk
There was a large estuary right beside the resort. It was full of birds and so easy to access, in fact you could walk to town in 20 min right through it on a paved path. Perfect for a cloudy morning walk.

Sunrises on the Beach
The resort had coffee-to-go by 6:30am so we would grab some and head down to the beach to watch the sun rise. Once we saw a fisherman with a net he was throwing into the water, and the pink sky and the empty beach were beautiful.
