What time is it?

So............. Grandpa sent me another picture from the lake, and asked "What time is it ?"  Well...... I don't see any clocks or watches, besides Momsy and Popsy haven't got to that lesson in my education yet. So I need some help here. Can you tell me. Thanks ..................... Jasper.
